She offers & facilitates learning and growth development through various events like coaching, customized workshops, courses, retreats and keynote / motivational engagements. Dr. Small has over 35 years of experience working with the Federal Government, non-profit organizations and individuals and has been featured on several conferences and radio shows. She has developed, managed, facilitated, and evaluated leadership development programs, strategic planning initiatives and organizational development for agencies that enabled her to be viewed as an expert. She also works with schools, and social organizations in helping them examine, align and achieve outcomes that add transformational impact. Aside from managing her business, she is also currently employed with the Department of Veteran’s Affairs where she helps oversee Federal advisory committees. She holds various awards and associations and is an active lifetime member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and Blacks In Government.
